Bridge Restorative

I started Bridge Restorative on the idea that building bridges makes the world a better place.Bridges are not just metaphors; they are the work itself. They connect people to people, people to systems, and systems to other systems. They take intention, labour, and trust to build. And when they are built with equity, they hold. This is my elevator pitch: I'm a connecter, thriving in chaos to deliver clarity, cohesion, and measurable outcomes in high-stakes environments.Bridge Restorative exists in the space between systems and humanity, where complexity, conflict, and culture change meet. Through adaptive leadership, restorative and trauma-informed practice, and grounded project management, I turn chaos into clarity and disconnection into cohesion. The result is transformation that is both strategic and deeply human. Organizations and/or communities do not just function; they heal, align, and sustain change long after the project ends.I respectfully acknowledge that I work on the unceded, ancestral, and traditional territories of the Leq’á:mel, Matheqwí, Qwó:ltl’el and Sq’éwlets peoples.

Training, Coaching, Facilitation

At Bridge Restorative I integrate design, leadership, and facilitation through three connected offerings. This in many ways, is the heartbeat of the Bridge Restorative Approach:1. TrainingRestorative justice theory, skills, and practice training for teams and organizations. Sessions can be tailored to integrate a restorative approach into your program, project, or workplace culture.2. CoachingOne-on-one or group coaching focused on conflict resolution, leadership, and management for social change. Coaching helps leaders navigate complexity, build confidence, and sustain impact.3. FacilitationDesign and facilitation of large and small engagements — from Town Halls and community dialogues to complex conflict processes and restorative justice circles. I create spaces for connection, accountability, and transformation.

Chris lenshyn, MA

I’ve spent the past fifteen years leading and designing projects across government, civic, and social sectors. In those years I’ve hit wins, walls, and everything in between and have been learning that connection between people, systems, and ideas isn’t soft, it’s the hard work that makes equitable transformation possible.I come to this work as a practitioner and a learner, shaped by years of standing in complexity with others, listening deeply, and trying to make things a little better than they were before. I value groundedness, curiosity, and humour, and I believe that real leadership is about holding both clarity and compassion when the stakes are high.At its core, my work is simple: I just want to help. To stand in the complexity with people. To build what holds. To make the work of transformation a little clearer, a little braver, and a little more human.
